Frequently asked questions


  1. “How long does the order process take?” 
    From start to finish, turnaround time is usually 48 hours once an order has been placed. However, this is just a guideline as it all depends on the size of your order. If you need fast track completion, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

  2. “Will your products fade or deteriorate after washing?”
    NO! As long as you follow our simple washing guide, which is to wash 30 degrees inside out and let it naturally dry (not tumble dry). We have thoroughly tested our prints and have never encountered any such problems.​

  3. “Can I bring my own garments for you to print on?”
    Yes you can. Please call us so we can discuss whether or not it is actually suitable for printing on.

  4. “Do you have discounts available?”
    Yes we do. Quantity and trade discounts are available which all depend on how many pieces are being printed on. Please email us your artwork or give us a call for more information.

  5. “What colours can I use on my design?”
    The short answer is any. We have a have wide range of different finishes (velvet, glitter, shinny, glow in the dark etc.) with each finish having its own colours to choose from.

  6. “Do I get a proof before my order is printed?”
    Absolutely. We’ll email a proof if required but please understand that this can cause delays in completion of your order

  7. “What forms of payment do you accept?” 
    We accept cash and use PayPal to accept card payment securely. You can pay with your PayPal account OR use most cards via their site.

  8. "What is your returns policy?”
    Unless we have made a clear mistake, unfortunately we do not offer refunds as these are made-to-order products. Of course if there are any defects in the product we will be more than happy to rectify the situation.    

  9. “Do you need a deposit?”
    As these are made-to-order products we do require a deposit. For all orders over £75 we require a 50% deposit at the time of confirming your order, and the remaining 50% on collection.
